PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Labelsous.com and its affiliates strive to be as accurate as possible. However, labelsous.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on this site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by labelsous.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

SHIPPING

 The product will be delivered within 15 – 20 days, depending on the outfit ordered. For urgent deliveries or queries, please contact us at +91 77188 75598. Please note that deliveries can be affected if we do not receive any of the following information on time:

1. Complete payment is not received
2. Incorrect/Inaccurate address details
3. Measurements
4. No response from the customer

Please note that we make every effort to ensure that the product reaches you on time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Free shipping is applicable for all deliveries within India. Cash on delivery for urgent orders cannot be accepted. Cash on Delivery will not be considered for orders above Rs. 10,000.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide. The shipping charges for international orders will be additional and will be based on the weight, volume of the product, and the country of delivery. Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry.

EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, please let us know.

CAN I EXCHANGE/ALTER ANY CUSTOMIZED OR MADE-TO-ORDER ITEM?

We currently do not allow exchanges for customized or made-to-order items. In case you ordered the wrong size, we can offer to alter it without a charge, as per the prescribed terms and conditions. ALTERATIONS

All alterations have a minimum lead-time of 15 days, which may extend depending on the extent of alteration required. We take 4 days to confirm the possibility of alteration after receiving a request. However, to-and-fro shipping and custom duty charges will have to be borne by the customer in the case of alterations or exchanges.

 

 

SIZING

The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric, and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit, and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size that best suits you.

COLORS

We have done our best to display the colors of the products shown on this website as accurately as possible. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We recommend dry cleaning for all outfits.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When you use the Site or send emails or other data, information, or communication to us, you agree and understand that you are communicating with us through electronic records. You consent to receive communications via electronic records from us periodically and as and when required. We will communicate with you by email or by an electronic record on our Site, which will be deemed adequate service of notice/electronic record.

 

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT

Visitors may post reviews, comments, and other content; send e-Gift Certificates and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable. RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from labelsous.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

PRICING

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website, whether in Foreign Currency or Indian Rupees, represents the full price of the product.

With respect to items sold on labelsous.com, we charge your credit card before your order has entered the shipping process. For any reason if we are not able to ship your products as per your order, we will notify you electronically and refund the value of the products not available. Any additional Shipping Fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following:

• If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
• If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by labelsous.com.

The prices displayed on this site are quoted in Indian Rupees with an approximate conversion rate in US Dollars. The actual amount to be paid by you will be the equivalent amount in the currency of your credit card, as per the conversions done by your bank/credit card provider on the date of billing.

We strive to provide you with the best prices possible on products and/or services you buy from us; however, we do not guarantee that the price will be the lowest in the city, region, or geography. Prices and availability are subject to change without any prior notice. The prices mentioned on the Site are not subject to comparison with the same or similar product(s) and/or service(s) available through any online or offline sale. The pricing is subject to our pricing policy, and the prices shall be determined only at our sole discretion.

 

CASH ON DELIVERY

• Orders eligible for COD but above INR 10000/- require a token amount payment of 30-50% for which our team will connect with you.
• For customization, custom fit, early deliveries, and ready-to-ship (RTS) items, only prepaid orders are accepted. Cash on Delivery is not available for these categories.
• COD orders are not processed until call/ WhatsApp confirmation is received from clients.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

All Label SOUS orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Mumbai, India, to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, there may be instances where a customer is required to pay additional import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches their country. The vast majority of orders will not incur any additional fees. However, we are unable to predict when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. If additional customs charges are assessed, you, as the recipient, will be responsible for covering these additional fees. Label SOUS assumes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in cases where such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address. We will not provide any refunds in such circumstances.
